1. Requirements for returning or exchanging items
a. Items must be received within 30 days from the shipping date;
b. Items must be received unused (without the smell of perfume), not in damaged or worn condition;
c. Tights, socks, jewelry, swimsuits, sunglasses, accessories and final sale items are not able to be returned or exchanged;
2. How to return an item
a. Let Dressyourdress.com Customer Service know what items you would like to send back and the reasons for your return, in the following 2 ways:
i. Send an email to [email protected] or Dial 1-888-969-8881.
ii. Click the "Return & Exchange" button in your Dressyourdress.com account to submit a ticket
b. Ask for a DYD number (Return Material Authorization) from Dressyourdress.com
i. DYD number can help you to avoid the export custom taxes
ii. DYD number is given by Dressyourdress.com's Customer Service Team
iii. DYD number has no expiration
c. Return Address
i. Return address will be provided by Dressyourdress.com's Customer Service Team, together with a DYD number, via email.
ii. The return address is located in China
d. Using the Return Form in your package
i. What do you need to fill in?
(1). Order number
(2). Product Name or Model number of the items you would like to return
(3). Reasons for your return (Just mark one of the provided reasons)
(4). DYD number, provided by Dressyourdress.com Customer Service
(5). If lost it, you can go to our website to download the form
ii. Put the return form inside the return package.
e. Declare the value of the package: $5.00
f. Send a picture of the return receipt to Dressyourdress.com at [email protected]
3. Return shipping fee
In general, you are responsible for the return shipping fee, unless there was an error on Dressyourdress.com's part (such as incorrect item, size, or color), we will take care of the return shipping fee, or provide you with an alternative solution.
4. Exchanges (General Information)
Exchanges are not available at Dressyourdress.com. We are able to help you return the items and purchase other items if you prefer. Please contact Dressyourdress.com's Customer Service if you would like to do this.
5. Refunds (General Information)
a. Returned items are subject to verification of error by our QC team. We will do this once we've received the item you've returned.
b. Dressyourdress.com will complete the refund in 7 days after receiving your returns and verification. [email protected] will send you an email to inform you that Dressyourdress.com has received your returns. 7 days later, you will get a confirmation email from PayPal regarding your refund.
